For the past 20 years, our organisation has actively advocated a dynamic of change in society and in relations between peoples, in order to:
➢ Raise awareness on our role of world citizens and discover the challenges of a shared world,
➢ Implement different modes of development and cooperation by and between our societies,
➢ Develop professional skills and intercultural abilities, and build capacities to act concretely to make our world more equitable and environmentally sustainable.
The word AND means “Walking together” in Wolof (a West African language).
This is why we offer personalised guidance over 6 to 8 weeks to help us truly understand your motivations, your expectations and your concerns, and to match your skills to the needs of the local partners.
We handle logistics from your departure airport until your return home.
Guidance is provided via e-mail / Skype / Hangout or phone.
Support will be provided in English and/or French.
We work with NGOs located in developing countries, involved daily in defending women’s rights. These partners originate from years of engagement on the international front, and with organisations recognised by the Kering Foundation
You can share your skills in various topics (human resources, communications, design, IT, etc.) to the benefit of diversified populations (from the management of local NGOs to women beneficiaries in the field).
We prefer missions in tandem teams in order to foster exchanges within the staff of Kering companies.
Find out more detailed information in our mission reports accessible on our website.

Analysis of volunteer’s skills, needs of the local partner, and review of prior missions (based on mission reports)
Direct contact with the local partner
Finalisation of logistics (flight/travel/housing)
Pre-departure advice (visa/vaccination/first-aid kit)
As a complement, we offer a training session on “Intercultural Issues and Preparation to Departure” lasting 3 x 2h (training given at ISF France, PRE DEP Médecins du Monde, etc.).
